This gray stoneware beer stein is made by Gerz in Germany. Standing 5.5 inches tall, the straight-walled vessel features a matte glazed finish and a robust handle. The front displays a multi-colored transfer-printed coat of arms for Munich, featuring the Münchner Kindl monk figure holding a raised beer mug and a radish. The central crest is surmounted by a red brick mural crown and flanked by red, yellow, and blue heraldic flourishes above black Gothic "München" script. An incised capacity mark reading "0,5l" sits directly above the "GERZ" manufacturer stamp on the upper body near the handle. The flat base shows typical light shelf wear on the bottom rim. The ceramic body, handle, and graphics remain free of chips, cracks, or restorations.
