This stoneware beer stein represents the German spa town of Bad Kissingen. The straight-walled vessel stands 5 inches tall, features a light gray glazed finish, and is fitted with a sturdy handle. The front displays a vibrant transfer-printed coat of arms showcasing a red fortress motif, flanked by blue, yellow, and red flourishes above blackletter "Bad Kissingen" text. Near the upper handle joint, an incised capacity mark reads "0.5l" directly above a "GERZ" manufacturer imprint. A minor chip on the base rim connects to a hairline crack extending halfway up the body of the stein.
