This group features three commemorative pins from the Third Reich era. The first is a circular porcelain donation pin for the Verein für detusche Kulturbeziehungen im Ausland (Association for German Cultural Ties Abroad) measuring 1 1/4" in diameter, featuring a blue globe motif and a gold cogwheel emblem, complete with a blue cord threaded through the top hole and light crazing across the glaze. The second piece is a triangular aluminum Reichsmütterdienst pin measuring 1 1/2" H x 1 1/4" W showing painted forget-me-not flowers, stamped on the reverse by Fries Beuster & Schild of Berlin-Hohenschönhausen with a functional pin back. The final item is a bronze cross measuring 1 1/2" H x 1 1/4" W commemorating the 1937 Aachen Heiligtumsfahrt pilgrimage, displaying a detailed architectural relief on the front and a complete vertical pin assembly on its heavily oxidized reverse.
