This pair features two die-struck aluminum Day of Labor (Tag der Arbeit) commemorative tinnies. The first is an oval 1935 badge depicting three workers—a laborer with a hammer, a bureaucrat with a scroll, and a farmer with wheat—surmounting a national eagle. Marked by maker W. Annetsberger on the reverse, its front surface shows prominent oxidation and pitting. The second is a circular 1936 badge displaying a plow beside a vertical hammer and sword, positioned above a smaller eagle holding a swastika. This piece carries the Erhard & Söhne manufacturer mark. Both tokens retain functional horizontal pin backs and demonstrate the evolving state iconography used to unify the workforce. The badges measure 1.5" to 1 3/4" respecitively. OT
