This assortment includes twelve German pebbled metal uniform buttons, each measuring 3/4" - 1" in diameter. The buttons feature the standard convex profile with fixed loop shanks and a mix of field-gray painted and natural aluminum or zinc finishes. Reverse markings include examples stamped "Overhoff & Cie.", "Extra Fein", and "Lüdenscheid," representing period German manufacturers of uniform hardware. Several buttons retain their original painted finish, while others show light oxidation, scattered finish wear, and age-related patina. This grouping represents the standard pebbled button style used on a variety of German military, police, and civil service uniforms during the 1930s and 1940s. OT
