This collection consists of three vintage decorative brass objects. The largest item is a rectangular storage trunk characterized by a diagonal paneled or striped pattern. The trunk is constructed of a wood or fiberboard core clad in brass sheeting, which is fastened with small brass tacks visible along the seams. It features a hinged lid and an unfinished, dark-stained interior. The second piece is a long, narrow brass match box with a hammered martelé texture on the lid, embossed with the word MATCHES in serif capital letters. The third item is a solid brass photo frame with a polished, rounded convex profile and a paper insert indicating it is hand polished and lacquer coated. Trunk dimensions (measured against a tape): approx. H 12.5 in x D 12 in Frame dimensions (from insert): 8 in x 10 in. Condition: The trunk shows signs of age and use, including surface scratches, minor indentations, and areas of oxidation and patina on the lid. The match box displays minor surface wear and light tarnishing. The photo frame is in good vintage condition with minor surface smudging and light wear to the lacquer coating.
