A group of three decorative copper pieces comprising a pedestal scoop-form basket, a candlestick, and a small bulbous bowl. The pedestal scoop-form basket and the candlestick are handcrafted copper items produced by Florentia Artcraft Limited of Windsor, Ontario, as identified by maker labels to the undersides. The basket is designed in the form of a miniature log scoop with a high-arched handle secured by rivets, supported by a flared circular pedestal base. The candlestick features a copper base and socket united by a central turned dark wood stem. The small bulbous bowl bears a circular black and gold label for the Coppercraft Guild of Taunton, Massachusetts. All items are fashioned from formed and polished copper. Dimensions (measured against a ruler showing inches only): Scoop basket: H approx. 11 inches x W approx. 7 inches Candlestick: H approx. 6 inches Bowl: Diameter approx. 3.5 inches. Condition: The items are in good vintage condition showing signs of surface wear commensurate with age. Observations include light surface scratches, minor tarnish spots, and small areas of oxidation and verdigris. The candlestick socket retains some residual wax.
