This lot comprises a cut glass lidded dish and a dark-stained wooden serving tray, the latter attributed to Umbra. The glass dish, suitable for use as a cheese or butter dome, consists of a deep lid and matching circular underplate decorated with traditional heavy-cut patterns including pinwheel medallions, hobstars, and diamond-cut panels. It is surmounted by a clear, faceted octagonal knob finial, while the underplate features a wide rim and a radial star-cut base. The rectangular wooden tray features curved side walls with integral cut-out handles and a multi-aperture photo frame base protected by glass. The frame is configured with nine apertures and the reverse is fitted with standard backing, securing clips, and D-ring hanging hardware. Height of glass dish measured against a ruler: approx. 19 cm Dimensions of tray as per label: 40.6 cm x 38.1 cm. Condition: The glass dish is in good condition, being free of visible chips, cracks, or restoration. The wooden tray shows minor surface wear and a light accumulation of dust consistent with previous use.
