This is a contemporary machine-made area rug from Turkey, part of the Glorious Collection. The design follows a traditional Oriental style, featuring a central multi-lobed medallion on a cream field. The composition includes floral and foliate motifs rendered in shades of beige, tan, brown, and light blue with small burgundy accents. The rug is framed by a primary floral border and multiple thin guard borders, with edges finished by machine surging. The face pile is constructed of 100% polypropylene, while the backing is 100% jute. A manufacturer's label on the reverse provides technical specifications, identifying the design as number 14386, color beige, with a production date of May 30, 2018. Condition: The rug shows signs of moderate use, including areas of pile crushing and general wear. The design features intentional distressing to mimic the look of an antique textile. A green tape label marked with the number 35 is present on one corner of the pile. The manufacturer's label on the reverse is wrinkled and partially detached.
