This is a lot of three ratchet-type chain load binders used to tighten and secure transport chains on trucks and trailers. Each has a ratcheting handle with a screw body and a grab hook on each end, and one is stamped WLL 5400 LBS China and sized for 5/16 to 3/8 inch chain, with remnants of yellow paint. Ratchet binders are favored for the added control they give when tensioning chains. Condition is used with heavy surface rust throughout, though the ratchets and hooks appear solid. Working load ratings should be confirmed by the buyer before any load bearing use. Estimated Value: $30 to $60 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
