This is a lot of two lever-type chain load binders used to tighten and secure transport chains on trucks and trailers. Each has a long steel handle with a screw body and a grab hook on each end, and the hooks are marked Durabilt with load tested stamping on the body. Lever binders like these are a common trucking and hauling tool. Condition is used with heavy surface rust throughout, though the levers and hooks appear solid.
