Title: Green Figure Technique: Oil on Canvas. Measures: 31 x 23 inches (78.7 x 58.4 cm). Year: Circa 1950s. Condition: Good overall condition. The painting displays a richly textured painted surface with excellent color retention. Minor wear consistent with age and handling. Canvas remains structurally sound and ready for display. Provenance: Formerly part of the private collection of Alejandro Martínez, Mexico City, Mexico; later acquired through Galería Arte Moderno, Guadalajara, Mexico; subsequently preserved in a distinguished Texas collection devoted to Latin American Modernism before entering the present secondary market collection. Visual Description: A monumental stylized figure dominates the composition through simplified geometric forms rendered in vivid green, deep burgundy, and warm ochre.
