This pair of relief-decorated ceramic beer steins features musical movements integrated into the bases and fitted with conical pewter lids. One vessel depicts the city of Würzburg with labeled landmarks including the Rathaus and Franken Warte, while the second displays folk musicians accompanied by traditional German drinking phrases. The underside of each includes paper labels for the tunes Lily Marleen and Trink, trink, Brüderlein trink.Overall Height: Approximately 10 inches.The Würzburg stein is presented with a detached lid and visible adhesive residue at the hinge, alongside heavy interior crazing. The second stein exhibits moderate crazing and minor glaze chips to the scalloped foot rim. Both internal musical mechanisms work.
