A pair of Reed & Barton sterling silver salt and pepper shakers in the Pilgrim pattern, model number 40. The shakers are designed in a classic urn form with circular pedestal bases and screw-on domed lids. The undersides are stamped REED & BARTON, STERLING, WEIGHTED AND REINFORCED, 40. Weight: 264 grams weightedHeight: 4.5 inches (11.4 cm).The items exhibit surface tarnishing and light surface scratches throughout. Small shallow indentations are visible on the bodies and around the pedestal rims.
