c. 1900–1925 A classic example of the Arts & Crafts movement, featuring hand-worked copper construction, graceful curved side supports, and a simple, functional design emphasizing craftsmanship over ornamentation. The piece retains its original hinged lid and original removable glass ink liner, making it both decorative and functional. Height: 2.5 inchesWidth: 3.5 inches.The item is in good antique condition with signs of age and use. There is significant verdigris oxidation around the top opening and inside the well housing. The exterior displays a dark, variegated patina with minor surface scratches and localized areas of oxidation. The glass insert is intact without major chips or cracks.
