A Lalique frosted and clear crystal vessel featuring the Tete de Lion (Lion Head) design. This small, footed vase or toothpick holder is constructed in a campana shape with a wide, flat flared rim. The bowl is decorated with two opposing, mold-pressed lion masks in high relief, surrounded by stylized manes that wrap around the sides of the vessel. The piece utilizes a combination of finishes, with the lion heads rendered in a satin frosted texture and the rim, interior, and pedestal base remaining clear. The underside of the circular foot is signed with a hand-engraved script signature reading Lalique France.Height: 3.75 inchesThe item is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor shelf wear is present on the underside of the base consistent with age and use.
