Circa 1960s – 70s. This premium set is heavy lead crystal. A deep ruby red crystal overlay layer was fused over a clear crystal base, then deeply hand-carved to slice through the colored layer, leaving behind the brilliant clear facets. ( It is not "cranberry flash.” Rare to find with 6 tumblers. 24% Lead Crystal, Manufactured by Nachtmann Fine Bavarian Crystal in Germany. Pinwheel / Star / Fan Pattern. Pitcher: 9 inches HTumblers: 4 inches HThe set is in very good condition. The crystal is clear and free of clouding or sickness. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible. The ruby casing is vibrant and consistent in color across all seven pieces.
