A large stoneware vessel featuring a globular body, a constricted neck, and a widely flared basin rim. The jar is decorated with incised and impressed geometric patterns, including floral sunbursts within scalloped arches and cross-hatched bands. Two pendant ceramic rings are suspended from fixed loops at the neck, and the exterior is finished with a speckled, light grey slip.Height: Approximately 14 inches.The item shows surface pitting and firing irregularities consistent with its rustic construction. Minor abrasions and wear are visible on the raised slip decoration and surface finish. Structural firing lines and a small crack are noted on the pendant rings, and the base exhibits adhesive residue from felt pads.
