A fine R.S. Prussia porcelain serving bowl featuring a deeply lobed form with molded iris relief decoration. The interior displays a bouquet of pink, red, and yellow poppies surrounded by blown-out cobalt blue glazes and soft yellow washes. The ruffled rim is finished with a gold gilt edge, and the base bears the manufacturer red star mark.Diameter: 10.5 inches.The bowl is in very good condition without visible chips, cracks, or restoration. Minor, age-appropriate wear is present on the gold gilt highlights and the unglazed foot ring shows light shelf wear.
