This original oil painting on canvas is signed P. Stirrat in the lower left corner. The artwork is housed in a substantial, ornate wood frame with a stepped profile, finished in black lacquer and gilded gold tones. The back of the frame features a torn paper dust cover and stamps reading HECHO EN MEXICO and SAN DIEGO FRAME, CO. BAJA, with the size noted as 8-10.Sight: 9.5 x 11 inchesFrame: 16.5 x 18 inchesThe painting is in good overall condition. There is no significant paint loss, flaking, or craquelure. Visible surface dirt and dust have accumulated in the impasto texture and the frame details. The paper backing on the reverse is torn.
