Antique French porcelain tea cup and saucer. Decorated with a green border with gold scrollwork overlay. Gold encrusted floral band around the edge. Gold gilding to the handle. Marked Limoges France with an arrow. This mark was used by Laviolette in Limoges between 1896 and 1905. Also marked in red LS & S Limoges France. This is an decorator's mark used by Lazarus Straus & Sons in Limoges France between the 1890 and the 1920s. Has wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide.
