Antique German porcelain plate in the Neuzierat blank. Decorated with hand painted flowers in pink, purple, orange, yellow and blue. With raised gold gilt highlights to the molding and gold gilding along rim. Marked on the bottom with the blue underglaze scepter mark. Has a slash cut into the glaze through the mark. Has some minor wear, and a small glazed over in manufacture chip to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 7 5/8 inches wide.
