Nice antique Bohemian white alabaster glass cheese dome. Decorated with hand enameled gold and white floral scrollwork with applied clear and green jewelling and gold and gold enamel beading. Has gold bands around the finial, and base and gold gilding along the knotch cut rim to the under plate. Circa 1850 to 1860s. Probably made by Josephinenhutte. Has some wear to the gilding and enamel and a few small and one large chip to the bottom edge of the under plate. Measures approximately 9 1/8 inches wide including the under plate x 6 inches tall to the top of the lid finial. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $40.
