Antique German porcelain empire form cup with figural swan handle, white beading, and three gilt feed. The cup is decorated with a hand painted scene framed in gold gilding. With gold floral scrollwork on the sides and back of the cup. The saucer has relief molded white beading, gold scrollwork, gold bands, and a gold medallion in the center. Marked on the bottom with an underglaze hand painted blue scepter mark above KPM. This mark was used by KPM Berlin between 1837 and 1844. The cup is signed on the bottom with the name of the scene in black script, Thalle. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide including the handle x 4 3/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 6 1/4 inches wide.
