Old Derby hand painted cobalt blue and floral decorated plate with gold accented rope border. Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches in diameter. It has a hairline crack and a small chip as shown. It also has some stacking wear, but does not look used otherwise. There is some crazing on the back but not the front. Circa 1820's.
