Antique French porcelain charger. Decorated with hand painted large pink roses over an orange and yellow background. With gold gilding along the edge. Signed by the artist Sena. Marked on the reverse in green Limoges in a star over France. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by Coiffe in Limoges France between 1891 and 1914. Also marked B & H Limoges France in a green circle. This mark was used by Blakemen & Henderson during the 1890s. Also has a worn red retailer/importer mark. Has some wear to the gilding and wear consistent with age and use, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 11 7/8 inches wide.
