Imperial Glass Works, St. Petersburg Russia, cut crystal wine glass. For the Marquess Pallavicini (1848 - 1941). He was an Hungarian ambassador and served in the Austro-Hungarian foreign service. Served in Saint Petersburg from 1899 to 1906, likely when these were obtained. Seven sided base and bowl. Etched design with crown. There are chips on the base and some fleabites on cut edges near etched design. Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide.
