Antique Sevres cup and saucer set. It has blue and gold interwoven bands and a gold gilt scalloped edge. Circa 1785, it has the date code HH. It has a painter mark of 3 dots that are underlined for Vieillard, Andre Vincent, who was a decorator for Sevres from 1752 to 1790. Scratches from use. There is a chip on the underside of the saucer as well as one on the bottom of the cup. There is some loss to gold gilt, especially on cup rim. Approximate measurements: The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches tall. The cup is 2 5/8 inches tall and 2 5/8 inch diameter.
