This pastel and chalk drawing on paper depicts a nude female figure in a domestic interior. Rendered in a soft Impressionist palette, the composition features expressive, layered strokes of ochre, lavender, and blue to define the form and light. The subject is posed before a wooden dresser and mirror, holding a white towel. The work is housed in a dark wood frame with a gilded inner fillet. Measures 21 x 27.5 inches. Overall good condition. The glass in the right corner of the frame is cracked. The frame shows minor surface scuffs and finish loss at the corners. The backing board exhibits scattered light staining.
