A contemporary abstract composition titled Nexus 1 executed in acrylic on a wood panel. The work features three horizontal registers in primary colors with a textured surface and high-gloss resin finish. The verso is signed in pencil, but the signature is illegible and bears a white adhesive label reading Nexus 1 24x32 acrylic on wood. 24 x 32 inches.Overall good condition. Surface irregularities are consistent with the artistic process. The frame shows minor scuffing to the edges. John A. Altobelli is a Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania artist associated with the Allentown area.
