United States 1853-O Seated Liberty quarter dollar featuring arrows at the date and rays around the eagle, with the New Orleans mint mark, housed in a protective cardboard coin flip with handwritten collection notes. Composed of 90 percent silver. The obverse features Christian Gobrecht's seated figure of Liberty holding a staff with a cap and supporting a shield inscribed with Liberty, encircled by thirteen stars, the 1853 date, and flanking arrow symbols. The reverse displays an eagle grasping arrows and an olive branch surrounded by radiating rays, encircled by United States of America and Quar. Dol.
