United States 1844 Braided Hair large cent coin housed in a protective cardboard coin flip with handwritten collection notes. Composed of copper. The obverse features Christian Gobrecht's profile portrait of Liberty facing left with braided hair, encircled by thirteen stars and the 1844 date.
