1990 United States American Eagle 1 oz. fine silver dollar, certified and graded MS 69 by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) with certification number 1765294-096. The obverse features the classic Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman, showing Liberty draped in the American flag walking toward the sunrise with the date 1990 below. The reverse displays a heraldic eagle with a shield, holding an olive branch and arrows, encircled by the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "1 OZ. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR".
