1951-D United States Franklin silver half dollar featuring the obverse portrait of Benjamin Franklin, dated 1951 with the Denver mint mark "D" and the inscriptions "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST". The reverse displays the Liberty Bell with a small heraldic eagle to the right, surrounded by "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", "HALF DOLLAR", and "E PLURIBUS UNUM".
