This traditional floor-standing floor quilt frame is the American Legacy model manufactured by Frank A. Edmunds and Company. Constructed from solid hardwood, the versatile frame is designed to adjust in width from a 45-inch baby quilt configuration up to a 90-inch full-size configuration, with a working depth of 24 inches. The frame incorporates adjustable height and tilt settings to accommodate various quilting positions and user preferences. It features detachable quilt rods designed to allow for compact storage, even while a quilt remains attached to the frame. The exterior of the cardboard box displays the manufacturer mark Frank A. Edmunds and Co. along with the corporate address in Chicago, Illinois, and notes manufacturing in China. The packaging also features multiple printed photographic illustrations demonstrating the different setup configurations, including traditional full-size, baby quilt tilted, and full-size tilted options. The lower edge of the packaging features the handwritten notation New Never Used in black marker. Dimensions: Box length approx. 50 inches (measured against visible tape measure). Condition: The item remains contained within its original retail cardboard packaging. The exterior box shows significant wear from age and storage, including prominent water staining and tide lines along the lower edges, surface abrasions, scuffing, and minor tearing to the cardboard flaps.
