A collection of six hand-painted bisque porcelain figurines produced for The Norman Rockwell Museum, Inc., inspired by the original illustrations of American artist Norman Rockwell. The set includes a scene titled Birthday Party, depicting three children gathered around a decorated table with a cake; Vacation's Over, showing a girl in a pink dress and sunhat holding a puppy alongside her luggage; a boy in a blue cap carrying a wooden crate of four puppies with an adult dog at his side; a boy and young child riding a white pony; a woman in a blue dress seated in a patterned armchair holding a toddler; and a mother adjusting a young boy's collar while a girl in a pink dress holds a bouquet. The figurines are executed in unglazed bisque porcelain with soft, hand-painted colours. The bases feature various markings, including printed titles, the Norman Rockwell Museum logo, and copyright dates of 1984 and 1985 on the underside. One figurine base also carries a replica incised signature of the artist, and a foil label for Taiwan is present on the Birthday Party piece. Condition: The collection is in overall good condition, appearing free of chips, cracks, or visible repairs. The hand-painted finishes are well-preserved and the surfaces are clean.
