61" H x 34" W Monumental Empire Style basket chandelier with a crystal-beaded globe crown over a tall tapering tent of strung crystals. A cast brass band with anthemion decoration and ribbon-tied laurel wreath mounts divides the tent from the crystal bowl below, with a foliate ceiling canopy. An impressive, large-scale fixture suited to a grand foyer or double-height room. Crystal strands appear full and evenly hung. Brass has a warm, even patina.
