Ten spring items for the handloader and home gunsmith, most of them Wolff. The packaged Wolff Blitzschnell speed lock striker springs are (1) two of stock 63428 for the Remington 700 short action, 722, 725 short and 40X centerfire, rated 28 pounds, (2) one of stock 63528 for the Remington 700 long action, 721 and 725 long, rated 28 pounds, and (3) three of stock 64024 for Ruger 77 long and short actions, rated 24 pounds. With them is a Wolff Precision Gunsprings pistol performance pak, stock 30380, for the Ruger Mark II .22 pistol. Also included are a bag of used springs hand marked with Remington 700 firing pin spring data and part 579924, and two loose springs. One Ruger package is annotated Ruger 77 factory springs from 243 Mark II. Packages are sealed but yellowed and creased. Condition is very good. A heavier striker spring shortens lock time, which tightens groups on a rifle that is otherwise sound. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service. Estimated Value: $40 to $75 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
