Vintage Gibson LG-3 small-body acoustic guitar in natural finish. Interior neck block is ink stamped Factory Order Number 877. The FON range and construction features are consistent with Gibson production circa 1947. Features a natural spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, dark fingerboard with dot inlays, bound body, tortoise-style teardrop pickguard, rectangular bridge with white bridge pins, and three-on-a-plate open-gear tuners. Please inspect all photographs carefully for condition, construction details and FON. FON: 877 Offered in as-found estate condition. No attempt has been made by the auction company to restore or alter the instrument. Prospective bidders are encouraged to make their own determination regarding age, originality, condition and authenticity based upon the photographs and/or personal inspection.
