Provenance: Private collection, Florida; reportedly acquired locally from the contents of a Treasure Coast residence and retained by the same family for several decades. The reverse bears a label reading “Betty Parsons Gallery, 15 East 57th St.” The acquisition history was supplied by the family. Visual Description: A large-scale abstract composition formed through dense layers of poured, dripped, and splattered red and black pigment across a white ground.
