Antique Waterbury Clock Company mechanical mantel clock in an ornate white porcelain case. Features purple floral decoration, gilt accents, a pastoral village scene, brass-tone bezel and decorative metal dial center with Arabic numerals. Waterbury-marked time-and-strike movement with coiled gong and hinged rear access cover. Measures approximately 11 inches tall. The movement begins running when started by hand, but it has not been tested for accuracy, duration or striking operation. No winding key included. Displays glaze crazing, surface wear and edge damage; examine photos closely. Sold as-is.
