This portable sewing machine set features a black Singer 221-1 model with a cast aluminum body and folding extension bed. The head is finished in black Japan lacquer with gold-toned scrollwork and bears the name SINGER and a brass pillar medallion. It includes a Cat. 3-120 motor made in Elizabethport, N.J., an original textured carrying case, a buttonhole attachment in a green case, and an accessory box with various presser feet. A wooden tray contains metal bobbins, a yellow Stanley cloth measuring tape reading 36 inches at its full extension, and a tube of Singer lubricant.
