Linda Allard for Ellen Tracy and State of Claude Montana provide this group of three vintage wool garments from the 1980s. Included is a red and black houndstooth wool and cashmere skirt suit, a black wool tuxedo jacket with satin trim, and a black virgin wool belted pantsuit. These professional silhouettes represent classic power dressing originally retailed through Boyds Philadelphia. The garments are sizes 14, 12, and 10 respectively. Overall condition is good with wear as expected for vintage garments. The red houndstooth suit shows a visible snag on the jacket exterior. The black pieces exhibit minor surface lint and some loose threads near the buttonholes of the belted pantsuit.
