French M1804 Naval Briquet Cutlass. Single edged, curved blade. Proof stamps near the ricasso. Cast brass hilt with ribbed handle and proof stamps on the guard. Leather sheath with brass fittings. Blade Length: 23 1/2" Total Length: 29" Condition: Good. Light to moderate wear, oxidation, dark spots and finish loss. Moderate wear to leather on scabbard.
