This classic Yamaha CR-640 Natural Sound stereo receiver features a handsome silver-face design with dual analog meters and a simulated wood-grain cabinet. Manufactured in Taiwan, this solid-state unit includes a variety of controls forprecise audio adjustment and multiple inputs for your vintage components. It represents a wonderful era of high-fidelity audio equipment, complete with its original inspection and safety labels on the rear panel.This receiver is in fair vintage condition. The faceplate shows surface oxidation (photo 4), and the simulated wood cabinet has minor peeling at the corners (photo 7). Untested and sold as-is, it is perfect for a restoration project.
