two antique Japanese cloisonné enamel vases from the late Meiji period (1868–1912). Dimension: 7"H and 4 3/4"H. A slightly tapered, ovoid or four-sided baluster cabinet vase with a prominent short neck and a deep, saturated midnight blue enamel ground. A slender, elegant bottle-form vase featuring an elongated narrow neck expanding into a teardrop or pear-shaped body against a glossy black enamel ground.
