BR WESTERNS"logo stands for Byer-Rolnick Westerns. Byer-Rolnick was a prominent American Western wear manufacturer—most famously known as the parent company of Resistol Hats. During the mid-to-late 20th century, they expanded their branding into high-quality Western clothing, outerwear, and accessories like trophy belt buckles under the "BR Westerns" label. "San Carlos (cursive script)22K GOLD ON STERLING" identifies the specific premium design collection or artisan line within the BR Westerns brand.
