This 1991-S Mount Rushmore silver dollar is encapsulated in a PCI holder. The label reads 1991-S MOUNT RUSHMORE PCI PR70 DCAM S$1 with serial number 2012.02/66043. All coins as shown. The coin appears to be in proof condition with frosted devices and mirrored fields. No visible faults are noted on the coin surface within the holder (photo 1).
