Vintage Ethan Allen Knob Creek butler’s tray table featuring a rectangular removable tray with raised gallery sides, pierced handholds, brass corner mounts, and a richly figured burl-wood veneer surface. The tray rests on a dark-stained turned wood X-form stand with stretcher supports and rounded feet. Rather than folding, the stand is designed to rotate sideways, allowing the tray to sit at a lower height for use as a low serving or occasional table. The underside retains the Knob Creek label and factory stencil markings. The tray and stand show age and use with scattered scuffs, scratches, finish wear, small nicks, abrasions, and areas of surface and veneer loss and discoloration, particularly across the tray top and feet. Measures 32"H x 36"W x 20"D and 19"H x 36"H x 20"D.
