An outstanding Guy Lafleur signed Montreal Canadiens 500th NHL Goal commemorative hockey stick, individually numbered 316/500 and directly associated in its design with one of the defining statistical milestones of Lafleur's Hall of Fame career. Executed as a full-size natural wood hockey stick, the shaft is prominently inscribed in blue lettering: “GUY LAFLEUR #10 MONTREAL CANADIENS 500TH GOAL DEC.20TH. 1983 VS. NEW JERSEY,” creating an immediately recognizable tribute to the legendary Canadiens forward, his iconic No. 10, and his entry into one of hockey's most exclusive scoring fraternities.

The blade is boldly signed by Guy Lafleur in black marker, with the autograph occupying a substantial portion of the playing surface and providing excellent visual presence for display. Near the heel appears the handwritten limited-edition designation “316/500,” together with an applied Channel Sports-Shop holographic-style label. The combination of Lafleur's autograph, Montreal Canadiens identification, individually numbered 500-piece edition and direct reference to his historic 500th NHL goal gives this example considerably greater collector narrative than a standard signed hockey stick.

On December 20, 1983, Lafleur recorded the 500th goal of his NHL career against the New Jersey Devils, becoming only the 10th player in league history to reach the 500-goal plateau. For collectors of Montreal Canadiens memorabilia, the achievement carries particular importance: Lafleur remains one of the defining superstars of the franchise's modern era, a five-time Stanley Cup champion with Montreal, a two-time Hart Memorial Trophy recipient, three-time Art Ross Trophy winner and Hockey Hall of Fame inductee. His flowing skating style, extraordinary offensive production and central role in the Canadiens dynasty of the 1970s made “The Flower” one of the most celebrated and immediately recognizable players in hockey history.

This stick therefore occupies an especially appealing crossover position within the memorabilia market. It is simultaneously a Guy Lafleur autograph, a Montreal Canadiens collectible, a limited-edition hockey stick, a 500-goal milestone commemorative and a piece associated with one of the most important individual achievements of Lafleur's career. The prominent full-blade signature and unusually specific milestone inscription make it particularly well suited to a dedicated Canadiens collection, hockey room, sports bar, corporate display or advanced NHL memorabilia collection.

The stick is numbered 316 from a stated edition of 500. Very light surface marks, very light scratches, handling wear, age-related wood grain and construction/seam lines are visible, together with wear to the applied label, all consistent with age and storage. The autograph remains bold and readily legible.
